Earlier today the North Korean Department of Transport announced they had finished development on a new high speed railway line from Pyongyang to Seoul.
It will be used as a diplomatic and immigration railway to strengthen diplomatic relations and to encourage immigration to and from each country. Because it is a high speed railway it can get to and from each stop in a matter of minutes making immigration extremely swift. Additionally to go with the railway the North Korean government has displayed a new M-105 class High speed Locomotive as a train to go on the rails.
They have released a statement saying that they have
"Received 20 Locomotives for use on this line." Hopefully diplomatic relations will improve with this development
