The UAE will take all of the East of the US up to the borders of Ohio, Kentucky, Tennesse and Both Carolinas
Mexico will take back Sinaloa
CAE will take the Pacific Islands
The US Government will be banished to Michigan

All Mexican allies that participated in the war will get 10% of all oil grants, 200 million dollars, and free will to station their military on Mexican soil
Civilian casualties vary between governments, but from what we've investigated, it is estimated that 5 to 22 million civilians died in the war.
